Aronia berry fruit bushes are rosaceous plants that can reach heights of up to 3 meters. In the late summer, the ruby to purple berries are picked. Aronia represents a wild fruit with high resilience to pathogens and parasites. This glossy violet wild fruit has an unusual flavor that is stringy, sour to acidic.

 

Our company’s juice or concentrate production includes significant amounts of residual plant materials, especially procyanidins from the polyphenol family. Compared to other berry types, it has a content that is almost five times higher.
