Mit einem breiten Warenkorb, bester einheimischer Wildfrüchte, präsentiert sich das Unternehmen Lienig Wildfruchtverarbeitung GmbH, 5 Tage lang auf der ANUGA, in Köln als Bestandteil des Gemeinschaftstandes des Landes Brandenburg. Bereits seit Anfang der Zweitausender Jahre ist das Dabendorfer Unternehmen auf dieser Weltleitmesse für Bio-Lebensmittel vertreten. Das große Interesse der Lebensmittelindustrie an regionalen Wildfrüchten, wie Topinambur, Sanddorn und Aronia steigt von Jahr zu Jahr und zeigt, welche Wertschätzung die regionalen Früchte von Lienig bei den Lebensmittelherstellern genießen. Vom exklusiven regionalen Exoten Topinambur wurden im Frühjahr über 1.000 to. geerntet und zu besten lactogen fermenterten Saft verarbeitet.

Holunder, Cranberry, Heidelbeere, Hagebutte, schwarze Johannisbeere und andere gefragte Superfoods erweitern das umfangreiche Uofil Group OY-Sortiment.

Bio-Wildfrüchte treffen (Un)kraut-Trunk

Lienig Wildfrucht traditionell auf der weltgrößten Ernährungsschau – dieses Jahr in der neugestalteten Markthalle 1.2 Streetfood

In Zusammenarbeit mit der Odin-Brauerei Fürstlich Drehna werden einzigartige Kreationen aus der einheimischen Kräuter- und Wildfruchtgarten gezeigt.

Die neugestaltete Markthalle 1.2a lockt nach 3 Jahren zweifelhafter Zwangspause mit Streetfood und Bio. Am Stand 105 findet man Lienig‘s Bio-Wildfrüchte in idealer Ergänzung mit Spreewälder Unkraut-Trunk. Umrahmt wird das umfassende Produktangebot von weiteren regionale Früchten und Gemüse wie z.B. Holunder, Moosbeere, Hagebutte, Rote Bete und Karotten.

Verleihung Bio-Grünstempel Zertifikat 2023

Uns wurde erneut bis Anfang 2024 das Bio-Grünstempel Zertifikat verliehen.

Die vielfältige Angebotspalette im Bio- Produktbereich hat die Wahrnehmbarkeit von Ökoprodukten entscheidend verbessert sowie zu einer erhöhten Akzeptanz in einer breiteren Verbraucherschicht geführt. An diesem sensiblen Punkt ist es elementar wichtig, die Glaubwürdigkeit von Bio- Produkten und ihrer Qualität für die VerbraucherInnen zu stärken. Topinambur – der regionale Exot

Die gesamte Wertschöpfung aus der Region Brandenburg / Mecklenburg-Vorpommern

Zossen: Sie sieht oberirdisch aus wie eine Sonnenblume und wächst unterirdisch wie eine Kartoffel. Die regionale Superknolle nennt sich „TOPINAMBUR“ – genannt nach einem Brasilianischen Indianerstamm. Nach Europa gekommen ist sie mit den Seefahrern im Mittelalter zusammen mit den Kartoffel. Der „alte Fritz“ führte die Kartoffel ein. Die Topinambur hingegen war am französischen Hofe eine Delikatesse. Während die Kartoffel auf Grund Ihres Stärkegehaltes eine hohe Energiedichte besitzt ist das Geheimnis der Topinambur das „INULIN“. Ein löslicher Ballaststoff, der die heutzutage belastete Magen- Darmfloren von Mensch und Tier positiv unterstützt.

In Brandenburg und Mecklenburg wird Topinambur auf ca. 100 ha im kontrollierten Vertragsanbau bis hin zum Bioanbau angepflanzt.

Preis der Wirtschaft Teltow-Fläming 2021 / Preisvergabe

Vier Unternehmen aus dem Landkreis wurden zum Abschluss der Wirtschaftswoche 2021 am Freitagabend in Trebbin ausgezeichnet

Trebbin. Gut geheizt und in rotes und blaues Licht getaucht präsentierte sich die Lager- und Werkstatthalle von Global Moto Parts im Trebbiner Ortsteil Glau am Freitagabend als Hall of Fame. Dort fand ein besonderes Event statt. Die Initiatoren des Wirtschaftspreises Teltow-Fläming hatten sich gemeinsam mit der Veranstaltungsagentur Potential dafür entschieden, die diesjährige Preisverleihung an einem echten Wirtschaftsstandort zu begehen.
